It is easy to feel like the Bible is a giant puzzle we aren't smart enough to solve. But God isn't looking for experts with fancy degrees; He is looking for diligent workers who show up and put in the effort. Just like you wouldn't use a hammer to drive a screw, learning to use God's Word takes practice and the right tools.
2 Timothy 2:15

Give diligence to present yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth.
Living this out today means moving beyond just reading a random verse when you're stressed. Try picking one book of the Bible and reading a little bit each morning to see the full picture. When you come across something confusing, don't ignore it—look it up in a study Bible or ask a friend who knows the Word well.
Handling the truth correctly also shows up in how you talk to others. Instead of using a verse like a weapon to win an argument, use it as a light to find the right path. When you take the time to truly understand what God is saying, you gain a quiet confidence that keeps you from being shaken by every new opinion you hear.
Think of yourself as an apprentice in a workshop. You might make mistakes at first, but as you stay consistent, your skill and understanding will grow. God isn't grading your performance; He is honoring your heart's desire to know Him more deeply and represent Him accurately to the world around you.
Dear Lord, thank You for giving me Your Word as a guide for my life. Help me to be a faithful student who seeks to understand Your truth clearly so I can live it out with integrity. Amen.
