Sometimes we treat faith like a checklist of rules we have to follow to keep God happy. But God isn't looking for perfect performance; He's looking for genuine trust. He wants us to wake up, acknowledge He is with us, and believe that He actually wants to be involved in our everyday lives.
Hebrews 11:6

Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.
Think about what it means to truly seek someone out. It requires intentionality, like calling a friend just to hear their voice or setting aside time to connect over a cup of coffee. Seeking God today might look like talking to Him during your commute, mentally handing Him your worries, or pausing to ask for His wisdom before a hard conversation.
The beautiful promise here is that God rewards this kind of daily pursuit. That doesn't mean our lives will magically become problem-free, but it does mean we receive the best reward of all: more of Him. When you look for God in the middle of your ordinary routine today, you will find His peace, strength, and presence waiting for you.
Dear Lord, thank You for being a God who loves to be found when we look for You. Help me to step out in genuine faith today, trusting that You are good and actively at work in my life. Amen.
