Waiting is rarely easy, especially when we are already exhausted. We live in a world that demands instant results, and when God's timing doesn't match our own, it's tempting to try and force things to happen. But taking matters into our own hands usually just leaves us feeling more drained and discouraged.

but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.
To wait on God doesn't mean sitting around doing nothing while feeling anxious. It means actively trusting Him with our daily worries and choosing to surrender our timelines to His wisdom. When we stop striving and start resting in His promises, something beautiful happens to our spiritual energy.
Today, look at the areas of your life where you feel the most burned out or impatient. Instead of pushing harder to fix them, take a step back and invite God into those spaces. Let His peace replace your panic, and watch how He gives you the exact amount of strength you need to keep moving forward without burning out.
Dear Lord, thank You for being the ultimate source of my energy and hope. Help me to trust Your timing today and find fresh strength as I rest in Your presence. Amen.
