Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.

Joshua 1:9 · Courage
Reflection 1

We all face moments when stepping forward feels terrifying. Maybe it is starting a new job, having a tough conversation, or navigating a sudden life change. In these moments, fear tries to convince us that we are entirely on our own.

Reflection 2

But true courage isn't the absence of fear; it is choosing to move forward even when your knees are shaking. God doesn't ask us to manufacture bravery out of thin air. Instead, He reminds us that our confidence comes from His constant presence beside us.

Reflection 3

Today, whatever mountain is standing in your way, take just one faithful step toward it. You don't need to have the whole plan figured out or feel completely equipped for the task. Just remind yourself that the Creator of the universe is walking into that room, that meeting, or that doctor's office right alongside you.

Reflection 4

When you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and lean on His strength instead of your own. You can face today's challenges with your head held high. You are never walking through this life alone.

Prayer

Dear Lord, thank You for promising to be with me in every scary and uncertain moment. Please give me the courage to take the next right step today, knowing You are already walking beside me. Amen.
