When you picture Jesus walking through towns and villages, notice that He didn't just care about one part of a person. He cared for their minds through teaching, their spirits through the Good News, and their bodies through physical healing. He wasn't afraid to step into the messy, painful realities of human life.
Matthew 4:23

Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
Today, Jesus still cares about your whole self. If you are battling a physical illness, carrying heavy emotional grief, or struggling with spiritual doubt, you don't have to hide it from Him. You can bring every ache and anxiety straight to Him, trusting that there is nothing too big or too small for His touch.
We are also called to follow His example in our own neighborhoods and workplaces. You might not be able to miraculously cure a disease, but you can bring healing through a hot meal, a listening ear, or an encouraging word. When we show up for people in their pain, we give them a beautiful glimpse of God's love right here on earth.
Dear Lord, thank You for caring about every part of who I am—mind, body, and spirit. Please bring Your healing touch to the broken places in my life, and show me how to be a source of comfort to someone else today. Amen.
