It is so easy to look in the mirror or scroll through social media and only see our flaws. We hyper-focus on the things we wish we could change about our bodies, our personalities, or our abilities. But God does not look at you with a critical eye; He sees a beautiful masterpiece that He intentionally designed.

I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.
Living out this truth starts with changing the way we talk to ourselves. When you catch yourself thinking that you aren't smart enough, outgoing enough, or attractive enough, hit the pause button. Gently remind yourself that criticizing your design is ultimately criticizing the Designer. You do not have to be flawless to be a wonderful work of God.
Today, try to find one specific thing about yourself that you can thank God for. Maybe it is your quiet resilience, your loud laugh, or the deep way you care for your friends. Own your unique wiring, and choose to believe that the God who made the stars did not make a mistake when He made you.
Dear Lord, thank You for creating me exactly as I am, with all my unique quirks and traits. Please help me to see myself through Your loving eyes today and quiet the heavy voice of comparison in my mind. Amen.
